After visiting numerous of european/us fine dining restaurants I've been searching for the asian equivalent. Not Gordon Ramsays or Alain Ducasse or any other "Western" chef desiring to have an asian venue.
Asian cuisine is not really famous for this menu degaustion concept and we were excited to sew how head chef Justin Quek would handle this asian gourmet fusion challenge.
The dishes were perfectly presented, had an excellent execution but did capture the essential asian style.
The fois gras dumpings was awesome.
I'd be glad if I'll get the opportunity to go back.
